GainScout is in beta

The app and this website are being changed quickly at the moment, while the people using them say what they should become. The checks themselves are not part of that: the same official sources answer, and every finding still names the source it came from and the moment it was checked. Nothing has been loosened, and no result is a guess.

The larger free allowance is temporary. It is there so more people try the app properly and say what to fix, and it goes back to normal when the beta ends. While it runs, a free account gets5 land checks a week instead of 3. It ends on 31 December 2026, after which it returns to 3 a week. Reports you have bought are not affected and nothing is removed.

The most useful thing you can send is what you were trying to do, what happened instead, or what is missing. Feature requests are as welcome as bugs, and they are what decides what gets built next. Email support@gainscout.co.uk, or use Account then "Report a bug or share an idea" in the app.

If it's about a check or a report

Include the place you checked (the coordinates shown with the findings are ideal) and, for a report, its link. If a payment went through but your reports didn't appear, include the receipt email from Stripe: nothing is lost, and we can put it right.
